Assistant industrial designers support senior designers in taking products from concept to production, including market research, sketching, 3D modeling, prototyping, and design coordination.
Daily work
- 01Conduct market research and competitor analysis, compile trend reports
- 02Sketch product concepts and create 2D/3D renderings
- 03Build mock-ups or 3D-printed prototypes for testing
- 04Collaborate with engineers to resolve structural and manufacturing issues
- 05Organize design documentation, including specifications and BOM lists
