Responsible for algorithm R&D and engineering implementation related to audio, video, and graphics, including codec, rendering, and AI model optimization.
Daily work
- 01Design and optimize audio/video codec algorithms to improve compression efficiency and quality
- 02Develop graphics rendering pipelines for 3D effects and real-time interaction
- 03Train and deploy deep learning models for speech recognition, image generation, etc.
- 04Participate in system performance tuning to resolve latency and memory bottlenecks
- 05Write technical documentation and unit tests to ensure code maintainability
- 06Collaborate with product teams to implement new technologies into products
Ability requirements

- Proficient in C/C++, Python and common development tools
- Solid math foundation (linear algebra, probability, signal processing)
- Knowledge of AV codec standards (H.264/H.265, AAC, Opus)
