Daily work
- 01Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to clarify tasks and safety points
- 02Inspect key processes like rebar and formwork for quality and rectify issues promptly
- 03Coordinate cross-trade work among civil, MEP, and finishing crews to resolve conflicts
- 04Supervise safety measures enforcement and stop violations
- 05Maintain construction logs, track labor and material usage
- 06Communicate with supervisors and client representatives on progress and changes
