Certification auditors inspect production processes and quality systems for compliance with standards and regulations, ensuring product safety and legality.
Daily work
- 01Develop monthly and quarterly audit plans, defining scope and focus.
- 02Conduct on-site inspections of production areas, checking equipment, logs, and hygiene.
- 03Review quality management system documents, assessing effectiveness and implementation.
- 04Issue non-conformance reports and track corrective actions to closure.
- 05Write audit reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
- 06Participate in external certification body assessments or recertification audits.
Ability requirements
Hard skills
- Familiar with ISO 9001/14001/45001 and other management system standards
- Master audit techniques and sampling methods
- Able to use quality tools (e.g. SPC, FMEA)
- Knowledge of relevant industry laws and regulations

- Detail-oriented, leaves no risk unchecked
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Objective and principled
- Good time management and multitasking ability
