Daily work
- 01Prepare chemical raw materials according to batch records and verify lot numbers
- 02Monitor reactor temperature, pressure and other parameters, and record data
- 03Operate separation equipment (e.g., distillation columns, centrifuges) for product purification
- 04Take samples for testing and adjust process parameters based on lab results
- 05Conduct routine equipment inspections to check for leaks or anomalies
- 06Fill in production logs and shift handover reports

- Knowledge of basic chemistry and chemical engineering principles
- Operation skills for common reactors and separation equipment
