Daily work
- 01Track latest developments in standards bodies like 3GPP and ITU, analyze technical proposals.
- 02Write and submit technical standard proposals, participate in standard meeting discussions and voting.
- 03Collaborate with R&D teams to verify standard feasibility and propose improvements.
- 04Analyze competitors' standards strategies and formulate company response plans.
- 05Write internal technical documents and standard interpretations, train relevant teams.
- 06Participate in cross-company joint projects to drive consensus building.
Ability requirements
Hard skills
- Solid knowledge of communication principles and wireless communications (e.g., 4G/5G/6G)
- Familiarity with mainstream communication standard protocols (3GPP, IEEE, ITU, etc.)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/C++) for simulation and data analysis
