Compensation & Performance Specialists design, implement, and optimize the company's compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation systems to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
Daily work
- 01Calculate employee salaries, bonuses, and commissions to ensure accurate disbursement
- 02Collect and analyze market compensation data, participate in annual salary surveys
- 03Design and update performance appraisal metrics and evaluation procedures
- 04Handle employee inquiries and grievances regarding compensation and performance
- 05Assist in developing annual salary adjustment plans and incentive programs
- 06Maintain the compensation and performance management system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
Ability requirements

- Compensation and benefits design and calculation
- Performance management tools (e.g., KPI, OKR, BSC)
- Data analysis with Excel/SPSS
