Responsible for structural design, material selection, drafting and optimization of mechanical components to ensure product reliability and manufacturability.
Daily work
- 01Create 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using CAD software
- 02Perform strength, stiffness and other calculations according to design standards
- 03Communicate with process engineers to optimize manufacturability
- 04Participate in design reviews, record and resolve issues
- 05Track prototype fabrication and verify design performance
- 06Write technical documents such as design reports and BOMs
