Daily work

  • 01Prepare project budgets and track deviations between actual spending and budget
  • 02Review financial terms of engineering contracts to ensure risk control
  • 03Calculate project costs, analyze overspending reasons and propose improvements
  • 04Handle monthly tax filings, perform tax burden analysis and optimization
  • 05Participate in project settlement, reconcile accounts with suppliers and subcontractors
  • 06Cooperate with internal and external audits, provide complete financial documents and explanations

  • Basic accounting and financial reporting (double-entry bookkeeping, three financial statements)
  • Tax regulations and cost accounting methods for construction industry
