Documentation Specialist

Responsible for creating, reviewing, and managing documents in import/export trade to ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery.
Daily work
- 01Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.
- 02Review letter of credit terms and prepare corresponding documents
- 03Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers for clearance
- 04Track order production and logistics progress, report exceptions timely
- 05Organize and archive documents for audit and future reference
Ability requirements
Hard skills
- Knowledge of Incoterms
- Proficiency in letter of credit operations
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Understanding of customs declaration and inspection procedures
- Good English reading and writing skills
