A documentation technician manages technical documents, revises drawings, and prepares technical solutions in real estate and construction projects, serving as a technical support role.
Daily work
- 01Review and revise construction drawings to ensure compliance with standards and design
- 02Prepare and update technical plans, construction organization designs, etc.
- 03Organize and archive project technical documents, establish a document management system
- 04Attend technical disclosure meetings, record and track resolution of technical issues
- 05Assist field technicians in solving on-site technical problems
- 06Participate in bill of quantities preparation and material selection
Ability requirements
Hard skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and similar drafting software
- Knowledge of architecture, structure, MEP, etc.
- Familiarity with national and industry codes and standards
