Foreign Trade Manager leads teams to explore overseas markets, maintain clients, negotiate contracts, and manage order processes, serving as a core business manager in international trade.
Daily work
- 01Analyze international market trends and formulate export strategies and annual sales plans
- 02Communicate with overseas clients via video calls or emails to advance order negotiations
- 03Review and manage foreign trade documents (contracts, invoices, bills of lading, etc.)
- 04Coordinate with production and logistics departments to ensure on-time delivery
- 05Attend domestic and international trade fairs to expand new clients and channels
- 06Handle customer complaints or trade disputes to maintain long-term relationships
Ability requirements

- Proficient in international trade terms (Incoterms) and payment methods (L/C, T/T, etc.)
- Expert in foreign trade documentation and customs clearance procedures
- Fluency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to draft business emails and contracts independently
