Manages and optimizes HR Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring employee data accuracy, compliance, and supporting HR decisions through data analytics.
Daily work
- 01Maintain employee electronic files, ensuring timely updates and accuracy.
- 02Run HR system reports to support compensation, performance, etc.
- 03Assist with system operations for employee onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
- 04Monitor data quality, periodically clean and validate historical data.
- 05Collaborate with IT to optimize HR system functionality and user experience.
- 06Participate in internal/external audits, providing required HR data documentation.
Ability requirements
Hard skills
- Proficient in HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Yonyou)
- Skilled in Excel for data analysis and reporting (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Knowledge of labor laws and Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL)
- Basic SQL or database query skills
