HR Supervisor manages the full spectrum of HR functions, ensures the implementation of HR policies, and coordinates employee relations, serving as a key bridge between employees and management.
Daily work
- 01Develop and execute recruitment plans, screen resumes, and organize interviews.
- 02Organize new employee onboarding and on-the-job skills training.
- 03Implement performance appraisals, collect feedback, and assist with improvement plans.
- 04Calculate employee salaries, bonuses, and social insurance/housing fund, ensuring compliance.
- 05Handle employee complaints, disputes, and exit interviews to maintain good labor relations.
- 06Optimize HR management systems and processes to improve efficiency.

- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations (Labor Contract Law, social insurance policies, etc.)
- Recruitment and interview skills (behavioral interviewing, structured interviewing)
- Compensation and benefits design and calculation
