Daily work

  • 01Search and book international flights and hotels based on client needs

  • 03Prepare and verify outbound itineraries, visa documents and other paperwork
  • 04Handle emergencies before and during trips, such as flight changes
  • 05Maintain client relationships, collect feedback and improve service processes
  • 06Organize billing and reconcile accounts with finance and suppliers

  • Proficient in international airline booking systems (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre)
