Daily work
- 01Greet residents in person or by phone, record and follow up on repairs, complaints, and suggestions.
- 02Inspect public areas for cleanliness and facility conditions, report issues promptly.
- 03Process move-in, renovation, parking permits, and update resident records.
- 04Follow up on property management fees, utility bills, and answer billing queries.
- 05Organize community cultural activities such as holiday celebrations and service days.
- 06Assist property manager in handling emergencies like water leaks or power outages.
