Quality Control Engineer (QC) inspects raw materials, semi-finished and finished products in manufacturing, ensures compliance with standards, and analyzes data to drive improvements.
Daily work
- 01Develop and implement quality inspection standards and procedures
- 02Conduct sampling inspections on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products
- 03Record and analyze quality data, write inspection reports
- 04Track non-conforming product handling and assist in root cause analysis
- 05Collaborate with production, R&D, and other departments to resolve quality issues
- 06Participate in supplier quality evaluations and audits
Ability requirements
Hard skills
- Familiar with quality management systems like ISO9001, IATF16949
- Master QC 7 tools, SPC, FMEA and other quality tools
- Proficient in using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.)
- Data analysis and statistical process control skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations

- Excellent communication and coordination skills
