Daily work
- 01Write training manuals and courseware based on restaurant operations standards.
- 02Conduct new hire orientation covering service etiquette, food safety, etc.
- 03Enhance staff service skills through role-play and hands-on drills.
- 04Regularly assess training effectiveness, collect feedback and refine content.
- 05Collaborate with store managers to plan quarterly training and track progress.
- 06Lead training rollouts for new dishes or procedures to ensure full adoption.

- Comprehensive knowledge of F&B operations (front/back house, food safety, cost control).
- Training curriculum design and development.
- Proficient in office tools (PPT, Excel) for training materials.
