Daily work
- 01Develop and update project schedules, coordinate cross-discipline activities
- 02Review construction plans and technical documents to ensure compliance with chemical safety standards
- 03Organize regular project meetings, track and resolve site issues
- 04Control project budgets, approve procurement and change orders
- 05Communicate with clients, design institutes, supervisors, and suppliers
- 06Prepare project reports and present progress and risks to senior management
