Daily work
- 01Design and update salary structures to align with market levels and company strategy.
- 02Develop and implement performance evaluation criteria, organize annual/quarterly review processes.
- 03Calculate employee salaries, bonuses, and benefits to ensure accurate disbursement.
- 04Collect and analyze market compensation data, produce benchmarking reports.
- 05Address employee compensation inquiries and grievances, coordinate cross-department communication.
- 06Participate in annual salary adjustments and budget planning, provide professional recommendations.
