Ship stewards are mainly responsible for passenger reception, dining, cabin service and safety guidance on cruise ships or passenger vessels to ensure a comfortable journey.

Daily work

  • 01Greet and guide passengers aboard, assist with luggage handling

  • 03Serve meals, take orders and provide beverage service in the dining room
  • 04Conduct safety drills and guide passengers during emergency evacuation
