The Channel Development Manager is responsible for formulating channel strategies, finding partners, and managing the channel sales team to drive business growth.
Daily work
- 01Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to develop channel expansion plans
- 02Visit potential partners, conduct business negotiations, and sign cooperation agreements
- 03Manage channel sales team, set KPIs, and track performance
- 04Coordinate with internal marketing, product, and other departments to drive joint marketing activities
- 05Monitor channel performance, regularly produce analysis reports and suggest optimization
- 06Maintain existing partner relationships and resolve cooperation issues
