The project assistant is the right hand of the project manager, handling project documentation, progress tracking, meeting coordination, etc. It's an entry-level role in project management.
Daily work
- 01Organize and update project plans, progress reports and other documents.
- 02Arrange project meetings, record minutes and track action items.
- 03Coordinate resources across departments to ensure project materials and personnel are in place.
- 04Track key project milestones and report risks to the project manager promptly.
- 05Assist the project manager with budget and cost recording.
- 06Collect project data and create simple analysis reports.
